Identity and communication tools of POLOK project in support of local initiatives

Communication problem:
How to build local communities form inside, to enable linking of inhabitants into organized local initiatives and to build active network of initiatives? How to open cross-dialog between members, initiatives and competent institutions and how to support decision making of local initiatives in the management process of their living environment?
