 Behind any successful communication is a clear and well-developed concept. A communication concept is a system of ideas resulting from and in-depth understanding of communicators/clients, their needs and goals, and the temporal and spatial specificities of the media environment. It is, therefore, unique for every author and project.

A concept is a rubric of communication parameters that serve as a guideline for all levels of strategic, tactical, and creative implementation. It is a a philosophical or discursive framework within which all specific actions take place and by which they are justified. Concept direction can be compared to the work of a director who guides the process and puts the script into practice.
